WILLEC F-10 is a standardized, fluid Lecithin, produced in Wilmar plants in selected areas where identity preserved soybeans are processed, thereby precluding contamination with Lecithin from other oilseeds. Meets or exceeds EU 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 thereby avoiding GMO labelling.
WILLEC F-10 GOLD is a premium grade, fluid Lecithin, produced in Wilmar plants in selected areas where identity preserved soybeans are processed, thereby precluding contamination with Lecithin from other oilseeds. Meets or exceeds EU 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 thereby avoiding GMO labelling. Because of a particularly low level of contaminants and strict bacteriology, WILLEC F-10 GOLD is suitable for use in finished products for sensitive users.
WILLEC F-10 SUN is standardized sunflower lecithin, produced in our own sunflower crushing plants in central Europe. Sunflower does not have a GMO variant and it is therefore not required to label as such. Additionally, WILLEC F-10 SUN is not classified as an allergen and does not require specific allergy labeling. Careful filtration, constant analysis and clean-room packaging guarantee high levels of purity, not often seen in this product segment.
WILLEC SUN GOLD is made to extremely high standards of purity, achieved by careful filtration of the sunflower oils which yield sunflower lecithin. This product, with its strict bacteriology and very low levels of impurities, is suitable for the very most sensitive applications, such as infant formula or medical nutrition, but adds a touch of quality to any application it is used in. As in WILLEC F-10 SUN, WILLEC SUN GOLD is not liable to GMO labeling, nor is it required to be labeled as an allergen.
